Status

The eInvoice Viewer for SAP already runs in an SAP system and will be available very soon. It is the same eInvoice Viewer you know here as a one-file app, embedded in the SAP GUI.

It costs €499 once per SAP system, including updates. Pilot customers get it first.


What it does

What the eInvoice Viewer for SAP does for you

  • XRechnung readable in SAP

    All details of the e-invoice in groups, optionally with the field numbers of EN 16931, plus the original file and, for ZUGFeRD, the embedded PDF.

  • Inbound check before the payment run

    Recipient, supplier, IBAN, duplicate invoice number, purchase order and payment terms are checked against your SAP master data.

  • Outbound check for outgoing invoices

    Your own company data, your own bank account, the customer and the Leitweg-ID of the outgoing invoice are checked against SAP.

  • Identifier check

    IBAN, BIC, VAT ID and other identifiers are checked formally so that typing errors stand out at once.

  • Nothing leaves your system

    The viewer runs in the HTML window of the SAP GUI on the workstation. There is no server, no cloud and no call to the internet.

  • Looks like SAP

    The SAP Quartz and SAP Horizon designs, light and dark, in German and English according to the logon language.

SAP ECC 6.0 from basis 7.40 and SAP S/4HANA On-Premise and Private Cloud. The workstation needs SAP GUI for Windows 7.70 or later with the Edge control. SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is not supported.

No. All files come from an ABAP package, and the viewer calls no address outside the workstation.

Yes, it is the same eInvoice Viewer with the same checking rules. For SAP it comes as an abapGit package and reads the document and master data directly from SAP. That is why it is not sold in this shop but through einvoice4S.de.
