eInvoice Viewer – Validation Explorer for KoSIT

This bundle combines the eInvoice Viewer with the Validation Explorer for KoSIT: the invoice stands readable in the viewer, and the explanation of every finding appears in a tab of its own next to it.

The eInvoice Validation Explorer for KoSIT turns a validation report into plain language. Instead of a rule identifier such as “BR-CO-10”, you read what is wrong, which field of the invoice it concerns and which value is entered there.

The report comes from the official KoSIT validator. The Explorer does not validate anything itself; it explains exactly what your validator has found.

What it does

• Accounts payable – An incoming invoice fails with the KoSIT validator. The clerk drops the report and the invoice, reads which field is affected and writes the supplier a query that he will actually understand.
• The developer – Her software writes e-invoices, and the validator reports errors. For every finding she sees the field of the standard and the value her software wrote, and one click takes her to the spot.
• Does not validate itself – The Explorer explains exactly what the KoSIT validator has found and nothing else.
• Everything stays in the browser – The report and the invoice are read in your browser and sent nowhere.

What you get

A ZIP file with the one-file app of the viewer and the add-on files of the extensions. You unpack it into a folder and open the HTML file with a double click. The paid edition has no daily limit, and you can pass it on by e-mail, put it on a USB stick or copy it to a network drive.
