eInvoice Viewer – Mustang Validator

Beschreibung

This bundle combines the eInvoice Viewer with the Validator for Mustang: the invoice stands readable in the viewer, and the validation appears in a tab of its own next to it.

The eInvoice Validator for Mustang validates your e-invoice with Mustang, the open-source validation program from the ZUGFeRD and Factur-X community, and shows the report in plain language. For a PDF, Mustang also checks the PDF itself against PDF/A-3.

Here, the validation runs through the validation service of this website. If you want to validate without the website, you get the app in the shop in an edition for the Validator Bridge on your own computer.

What it does

• One drop zone for PDF and XML – The drop zone accepts ZUGFeRD and Factur-X PDFs as well as XML invoices in both CII and UBL syntax.
• Clear messages when a file doesn’t fit – A PDF without an embedded invoice, such as a scanned document, is rejected with a clear message, and so is a file with the wrong extension or a file that is too large.
• The original report as report.xml – A button above the report saves it exactly as the Mustang validator produced it.
• A clear note for newer versions – If an invoice names a version Mustang does not know yet, Mustang checks against the older version, and a note above the report says so.

What you get

A ZIP file with the one-file app of the viewer and the add-on files of the extensions. You unpack it into a folder and open the HTML file with a double click. The paid edition has no daily limit, and you can pass it on by e-mail, put it on a USB stick or copy it to a network drive.
