eInvoice Viewer – KoSIT Validator

Beschreibung

This bundle combines the eInvoice Viewer with the Validator for KoSIT: the invoice stands readable in the viewer, and the validation appears in a tab of its own next to it.

The eInvoice Validator for KoSIT validates your e-invoice with the official KoSIT validator and shows the report in plain language. The official KoSIT validator is the validation program of the German Coordinating Office for IT Standards for XRechnung. You drag the invoice into the app and read the result with every finding and its explanation.

Here, the validation runs through the validation service of this website. If you want to validate without the website, you get the app in the shop in an edition for the Validator Bridge on your own computer.

What it does

• The accounting team with a disputed invoice – The clerk drags the invoice into the app and reads the findings with their explanations. Then she downloads the report and attaches it to her query to the supplier.
• The software company that creates invoices – Developers and consultants check their outgoing invoices against the rules a public authority applies, before the invoice goes out.
• The original report – You download the report exactly as the KoSIT validator wrote it.
• XML and PDF – The app accepts XRechnung, Peppol BIS and ZUGFeRD and Factur-X as XML or PDF.

What you get

A ZIP file with the one-file app of the viewer and the add-on files of the extensions. You unpack it into a folder and open the HTML file with a double click. The paid edition has no daily limit, and you can pass it on by e-mail, put it on a USB stick or copy it to a network drive.
